Kahraman Engineering Company for Real Estate Trading and Contracting was established in 2005 as a Qatari company. The company started its business in Qatar in the contracting sector, mainly in all “construction, electrical and mechanical works.” The company has undertaken many important projects in several ministries in Qatar, such as the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Defense.
The company started its real estate business in 2009, and now it manages more than 20 properties in apartment buildings and labor camps in the industrial area and is also planning to expand to include commercial buildings.
After its activities in the field of real estate investment, the company started its work in building maintenance to serve its clients in 2011, which maintains air conditioning, electricity, water and interior decorations of real estate.
